At the point of reservation request, applicable program fees and taxes must be paid. Bronze – $199, Silver – $249, Gold- $299, Platinum- $399. If the property that you choose has any additional resort fees, you will be responsible for those at check-in. In order to access your vacations, please activate your club card by following the instructions below. Failure to do so will result in this offer being void. Please note that by activating your travel offer, you are once again agreeing to our terms and conditions. THIS AGREEMENT (the “Sales Agreement”) is made and entered into between The Luxury Vacation Clubs LLC and (“Customer”).
1. This vacation package must be activated within 30 days of purchase by mailing a money order or certified check in the amount of $25.00 payable to The Luxury Vacation Clubs : Activation Center mailing address of 5079 N. Dixie Highway Ste. 291 Oakland Park, FL 33334, payment must be postmarked prior to the 30th day from the date of purchase or this offer is voided and no refunds are offered.
2. Reservation date is based on availability and a minimum of 3 travel dates are required in order to ensure availability of accommodations, international or national holidays may not be available, in the case where they are avalable a peak season fees will apply.
3. Entire package use must be completed a maximum of 365 days from the date of purchase, any unused vacations will be voided on the 365th day from the original date of purchase, unless you have pre paid for an extension.
4. Offer is valid for up to 4 adults per room, depending on hotel / resort policies.
5. Primary travelers must be at least 21 years of age to check into properties for all destinations with a valid drivers license and major credit card as a matter of most hotel resort policies.
6. This offer does not include transportation, tips, telephone calls, internet, valet, meals, activities, shows, spa or service of any ancillary & personal nature.
7. This offer is not valid for group travel or use in attending a convention of any sort.
8. Accommodations for extra nights are available at a discounted rate, please consult with your reservation specialist at the time of booking.
9. Failure or inability to travel with or without prior notice forfeits the customer’s right to the vacation and refund. Absolutely no rescheduling of dates, all reservations are final once confirmed.
10. All reservation requests must be made with a minimum of 30 days advance notice and a minimum of 3 possible travel dates are required to ensure reservation availability. NO EXCEPTIONS
11. The terms and conditions of these packages are subject to change without notice and the Customer is responsible for the terms and conditions as they apply on the date of redemption.
12. This vacation offer may be transferrable by paying a transfer fee and recipient meeting the required criteria. Currently the transfer fee is set at $150 per vacation but is subject to change.
13. A major credit card may be required upon check-in (depending on resort or hotel), failure to present one at the point of check in will likely cancel your ability to check into the hotel or resort.

B. Expiration: Customer may redeem any of the items listed in the vacation Package, subject to the restrictions outlined in this Sales Agreement, at any time within 365 days after their purchase date and successful activation of club card. Successful completion means traveling by their provided travel date (no more than 365 days after initial purchase payment) Each bonus item in the vacation package will expire upon the date of travel agreed to at the time of redemption.
C. Transfer: The items in the vacation package are fully transferrable to any adult over the age of 21 for all destinations by paying a transfer fee of $150.00
D. Credit card charges: Credit card charges may appear on your credit card as either The Luxury Vacation Clubs or ECW Solutions.
This offer is only good for ONE promotional package per family, friends, acquaintances or known groups to be traveling with the same, similar and/or adjoining arrival and departure dates. Group travel is prohibited under this promotion and will void your promotional package. An extra room may be purchased for additional family members and or friends at a discounted rate; but again, only ONE party will receive the discounted package price or your package will be voided.
Failure to comply with the Group Travel Restriction, circumventing this restriction, or misrepresenting your intended itinerary are all violations of the Terms and Conditions.
Violation of the Group Travel restriction will result in one of the following:
Customer will be charged the full rack rate per night, plus monies previously paid and/or owing.
Your reservation will be moved to another comparable resort, if available.

Our refund policy lasts 2 days.

Gift cards and gift certificates. To complete your refund, we require proof of purchase within our payment system archives.
Refunds (if applicable) once your certified letter is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a certified check will be mailed out to you, within 21 days. There is a $50 nonrefundable processing fee if your refund is approved.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, call our billing department at 1-888-796-2477 to check the day your refund was processed. Then contact your credit card company/bank institution. It may take some time period before your refund is officially posted with their system. NO PURCHASER SHOULD RELY UPON REPRESENTATIONS OTHER THAN THOSE INCLUDED IN THIS CONTRACT. This contract is for the purchase of a vacation accommodation to various locations based on availability.
